of technical reports and evidence, Scott Schedules, acting as an Expert Witness, a Single
Joint Expert and Adjudicator. He has experience of giving evidence in the High Court,
County Court and in Arbitration hearings.
Peter Blockley undertakes site investigations, detailed examination of documents and
analysis of drawings and specifications, conducts historical research into building
construction, materials and standards, and is able to brief and direct a programme of
testing, analysis or investigation.
With over 30 years' experience as a Chartered Architect Peter Blockley has been instructed by
leading solicitors, insurance underwriters and developers and has advised government
departments, local authorities, consultants and others on a wide range of professional
and technical issues.
